Program Description
The Pet First Aid program will teach you the immediate care given to an injured or suddenly ill pet. Properly applied first aid can save your pet's life and reduce recovery time. In addition to basic emergency care, the program will cover some common illnesses and other problems that your pet may be exposed to. This Pet First Aid program primarily refers to dogs and cats, however first aid for most pets is similar. This ASPCA approved program is instructed by certified instructors and veterinary technicians. You will receive a certification card and a first aid book the day of your class. NOTE: This program is not intended to replace veterinary care; it is to instruct pet owners on how to save a pet's life during an emergency.
